Reservations & Payment
A booking request is considered tentative until we send a written confirmation. Prices are per person in USD and may change with availability or seasonality. Submitting a request authorizes us to contact you to complete payment and confirm details.
Changes & Cancellations
You can change your date or time free of charge up to 72 hours before your tour, subject to availability. If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the start time, a 50% fee applies. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
Weather & Safety
Tours operate rain or shine. Routes may be adjusted for safety, comfort, or unexpected closures. In the case of extreme conditions, we will reschedule when possible or issue a credit at our discretion.
Health & Accessibility
Please tell us in advance about any mobility, dietary, or medical needs so we can advise on suitability and make reasonable arrangements. If a particular activity isn’t appropriate, we’ll suggest alternatives where available.
Guest Responsibility
Guests agree to follow local laws and reasonable instructions from the guide. Miami Travel Bureau is not responsible for personal items lost or left behind during the tour.
Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Miami Travel Bureau is not liable for injury, loss, or expenses caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Photography
We may capture photos or short video clips during tours for memories and marketing. Tell your guide at any time if you prefer not to be photographed and we will respect your preference.
